  If I could leave zero stars I would.. For a store who charges exorbitant prices for items that can be had elsewhere for far less they have a lot of gall. The condescending attitude of the store manager "Val", who finds it common practice giving out wrong phone numbers as not to be reported to their Corporate Headquarters , is astounding. According to Val, it is common practice for Williams-Sonoma NOT to take back food products which are rancid, going as far as to question how I know that the corrosion on a newly purchased bottle of Vanilla at 28.00 is what it appears. FYI: This item can be purchased at Home Goods and local Grocery stores for half the price, not worth the hassle and lack of customer service / appreciation for a little convenience.
